Crispy Tofu Squares Recipe Ingredients

1 block extra firmed Tofu
1/2 cup All purpose flour
3 tbsp breading mix
ground black pepper to taste
2 pcs egg
Japanese breadcrumbs
Chili garlic oil
Chopped Spring Onions (garnish)

For the SAUCE
80ml mayonnaise
1/2 of 85g liver spread
2 tbsp soy sauce
some drops of liquid seasoning
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp calamansi
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp water
Note: feel free to add 1 clove minced garlic to enhance flavor of the sauce
