Jem focuses on the topic of Body Image, exploring the impact of social media on an individual's self-image, and the rise in Body Dysmorphia cases. She will share advice on how to identify individuals suffering from Body Dysmorphia, and provide ways to positively effect change. Jem Gunn is a Clinical Director, Consultant Psychotherapist & Supervisor, and BDD (Body Dysmorphic Disorder) awareness campaigner. Jem has trained extensively in integrative psychotherapy and advanced psychopathology, transactional analysis & counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy, and organisational coaching, and is founder of the BPC method for Body Dysmorphia.
