Описание к видео Vietnam shuts down non-essential business

(27 Mar 2020) Streets were near empty in Hanoi after Vietnam's Prime Minister ordered the closure of all non-essential businesses from midnight on Saturday as one of the efforts to curb the spread of COVID-19 on Friday.
All shopping malls, restaurants, bars and other business activities - except those providing food and basic needs - will be shut down for at least two weeks.
Unnecessary gathering of more than 20 people have also been banned.
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc encouraged enterprises and offices to allow people to work from home if the conditions allow.
Although the ban does not take effect until midnight, the once bustling streets with traffic and trading in the old quarter of Hanoi were quiet with closed doors on Friday afternoon.
Kim Anh, a shop owner, said the closure would hurt the economy but it was needed at a crucial moment in the fight against the pandemic. She now sells face masks in front of her closed silk and souvenir shop.
Since the end of January, when the outbreak started, Vietnam has closed down all schools, cancelled festivals and sporting events.
As of Friday, Vietnam has reported 153 infections of the new coronavirus. Twenty of those have been cured and discharged from hospitals.
Vietnam has put under quarantine nearly 60,000 people who arrived from virus infected countries or had contact with the infection, according to the Health Ministry.
