Medstyle, or "parkourstyle" is a way of freestyling in GunZ. It requires you to hold a grenade/med/ammo magazine so you cannot be save yourself by dashing with a sword.

Being average/good at this really changes the way you look at maps and can help you a lot during your PvP battles.
