Paulaner Weissbier vs. Guinness Draught || Crowning the Ultimate Beer

The Paulaner Weissbier obtained the PERFECT BEER distinction after its review and earned a seat at the 'Beer Brackets Perfect Beer Roundtable.' This also meant that it had bought itself a date for a bloodthirsty beer battle against the reigning ultimate beer - Guinness Draught. It has been 2 years since we've had an ultimate beer battle in the Beer Brackets pub, so this has been festering and percolating in the background for quite some time. Will the Paulaner Weissbier finally be the one to dethrone Guinness Draught?

Each beer will be judged on its aroma, taste, mouthfeel, finish and overall beer experience. A point will be assigned for each. The beer with the most points at the end will be crowned the winner.
