This video is broken down into three levels:

Swim to the Stairs: We begin with small steps, focusing on building confidence and ensuring Ava feels secure as she swims a short distance to the stairs.
Swim to the Wall: As Ava gains confidence, we extend the distance and practice swimming to the wall, helping her understand the importance of reaching safety.
Swim to the Wall with Head Down: Finally, we work on getting Ava comfortable with swimming to the wall with her head down, mastering this crucial skill for safety and efficiency in the water.
