Alusafe 1500 MPV, Delivered to The Port Authority of Aalesund

The Port Authority of Aalesund’s new workboat, «Skansen» is a virtual “Swiss army knife”. In early April 2016, a well equipped workboat with type designation Alusafe 1500 MPV (Multi-Purpose Vessel) was delivered from Maritime Partner AS

Alusafe 1500 MPV is equipped with twin diesel engines, driving waterjets through marine transmission systems. The hull is a fully planning mono hull, single chine with deep V-shape designed to ensure smooth operation in adverse weather and sea conditions.

The Alusafe 1500 MPV is a work vessel, and ensuring maximum operational ability is strongly emphasized when installing equipment and instruments. Solid technical solutions are provided throughout, in accordance with strong Norwegian shipbuilding traditions.
