In this video, I review a 5-day per week written by ChatGPT in minutes. This was a full body & conditioning program.

The program I reviewed in this video is as follows:

Day 1: Strength & Power
1. Push-Ups – 4 sets of 10-15 reps
2. Goblet Squats (with kettlebell or dumbbell) – 4 sets of 12 reps
3. Bent-Over Rows (with dumbbells or resistance band) – 4 sets of 12 reps
4. Single-Leg Romanian Deadlifts (with dumbbells) – 4 sets of 10 reps per leg
5. Plank to Push-Up – 4 sets of 10 reps

Day 2: Workout (Circuit Style, 3 Rounds):
1. Burpees – 45 seconds, 15 seconds rest
2. Mountain Climbers – 45 seconds, 15 seconds rest
3. Kettlebell Swings (or alternative with dumbbell) – 45 seconds, 15 seconds rest
4. Box Jumps (or Step-Ups) – 45 seconds, 15 seconds rest
5. Bicycle Crunches – 45 seconds, 15 seconds rest

Day 3: Active Recovery or Mobility
Focus: Low-intensity activities to promote recovery and improve mobility.
Options:
* Yoga – 30-45 minutes of a gentle flow or stretching routine
* Walking – 30-45 minutes at a moderate pace
* Foam Rolling – 15-20 minutes, targeting major muscle groups
* Swimming – 20-30 minutes at an easy pace

Day 4: Functional Strength
Workout:
1. Renegade Rows (with dumbbells) – 4 sets of 12 reps per side
2. Lateral Lunges (Bodyweight or with weights) – 4 sets of 10 reps per side
3. Overhead Press (with dumbbells or kettlebell) – 4 sets of 12 reps
4. Step-Ups (with knee drive) – 4 sets of 12 reps per leg
5. Russian Twists (with weight) – 4 sets of 20 reps
