Tamiya Dynahead Crawler? Locking Diffs & Installing Upgrade Tires

Can we really make the Tamiya Dynahead (https://amzn.to/3FezgDv) crawl?
I first drove this truck in stock form - and of course it left some room for improvement. The tires didn't have much traction, the open diffs really held the truck back, and that silly front bumper got in the way of EVERYTHING!

In this video, I go through the FREE process to lock the diffs, and install some TRX4 Canyon Trail tires (https://amzn.to/33rZiG0).
Afterwards, I head out to snow-covered crawler course to see how it performs!
