最近追韩剧,看多了带有那红彤彤的颜色的各种美食,害的我手痒痒的也想自己动手做一些。正赶上大白菜上市的季节,于是一次把所有材料备齐就开工了。我比较喜欢吃清爽口味的,所以没有加虾酱,鱼干等味道比较重的食材,加了一些水果来增加一些清甜的味道。

材料:

3千克大白菜,2/3杯(160G+20克)盐,1/3杯糯米粉(50克),2杯水,30克糖,80克蒜头,1只梨,一只苹果,一个小洋葱,2/3杯鱼露,20克生姜,1/2杯粗辣椒粉,1/2细辣椒粉,青葱,韭菜和香菜梗适量,一个胡萝卜(160克),1/3段大白萝卜(400克)。

Recently, I have been following Korean dramas and watching a lot of various delicacies with that red color. It makes my hands itchy and I want to make some myself. It was the season for Chinese cabbage to be on the market, so I prepared all the materials at once and started work. I prefer to eat something with a refreshing taste, so I didn’t add shrimp paste, dried fish and other strong-flavored ingredients. I added some fruits to add some light sweet taste.

Material:

3 kilograms of Chinese cabbage, 2/3 cup (160G+20g) salt, 1/3 cup glutinous rice flour (50g), 2 cups water, 30g sugar, 80g garlic, 1 pear, 1 apple, 1 small Onions, 2/3 cup fish sauce, 20 grams ginger, 1/2 cup coarse chili powder, 1/2 fine chili powder, appropriate amount of green onions, leeks and coriander stalks, one carrot (160 g), 1/3 large white radish (400 gram).
