TWS LFP liquid-cooling ESS battery PACK, weighing 330kg, has a rated voltage of 166.4V and a rated capacity of 46.5 kWh. The battery pack is designed to be compatible with mainstream 280 cell dimensions. It supports continuous operation at full power. The excellent cooling channel design maintains temperature differences within 3 ℃. It is a perfect fit for a 1500V ESS system in series connection.
The liquid-cooling pack includes a casing, cells, a cold plate for liquid cooling, a Cells Contact System, and a Battery Management Unit. The integrated liquid cooling system, designed for high efficiency, effectively lowers the working temperature of the ESS. This results in extended battery life and enhances system stability and safety.

The unique Battery Management System (BMS) designed for ESS Lithium batteries collects and estimates the battery's operational state, while continuously optimizing battery energy and performance.

An intelligent controller will automatically monitor the battery's operational state and energy consumption, applying precise control based on different working conditions.
