BGMBCV2 // Toronto Alleycat // Fixed Gear (Full Race)

"Bike Gods Must Be Crazy" is an annual alleycat event that took place on August 6th 2023. I followed Mickael, who ended up finishing 3rd overall, and first in the open- fixed gear category. 27 racers took part and it was a tonne of fun. A big thanks to all the organizers, volunteers and sponsors who made this all possible. All proceeds from the race went towards "foodshare toronto", a food justice organization.

Race details:
-Race began at Bickford Park.
-There was 1 manifest with 11 checkpoints. Each checkpoint was a local Toronto bike shop and you had to take a selfie in front of the storefront.
-End location was Riverdale East Park.
-Our time was 1hr 11 minutes, and our route was 27.1km
