Welcome back to the Logic Pro Dubstep Course – built using only stock plugins and Apple Loops!

In this session I work through Drop 1B (the second part of the first drop) in my Logic Pro project. Most of the groundwork was already done in Drop 1A, so here I focus on moving drums to the correct track stack, balancing levels, and tackling a few problem areas with squeaky bass layers. I test different EQ curves, duplicate tracks, and try volume automation until the high frequencies sit better in the mix. This is part of my process of matching my drop to a reference track and pushing the mix as loud as possible without losing clarity, all using Logic Pro stock plugins.
