Winter plums at the store on sale? I'll take them. Lets do Dehydrating Plums In Food Dehydrator #LetsDehydrate.
Like with Most fruits? easy easy easy.. and so rewarding to have. They are prune like... yet NOT.. great additions for our baking ( ie) quick breads, muffins, breakfast yogurt or trail mix. It seems to be quicker in the Cabela's Dehydrator.. but would be quicker still it I cut them thinner then just quarters.
