These lists that are sold to you are not comprised of quality leads and you have a lot of money being spent on leads that will not be beneficial for your wholesale cash buyers list because they are cash buyers just not ones that buy from wholesalers.

It is important to spend your limited dollars when your starting as a new real estate investor to spend them on things that will bring you quality cash buyers not a large number of buyers that will never buy from you. It is not the size of your buyers list that matters it is the quality. 100 quality cash buyers actively buying in your market are more valuable then 100,000 thousand buyers that are poor quality because most investors will never buy from a wholesaler. Using direct mail for cash buyers has its place but not the way many people think it will work when buying a list and mailing it randomly.
