My visa for Bulgaria has been delayed, which has caused our Christmas/new year plans to be cancelled! As it stands, I will have to go back to the UK on the 10th January and wait there for my visa, despite moving all of my belongings and life here.

My visa was "guaranteed" to be ready by the 14th December, but the administration in Bulgaria have caused significant delays. There is nothing I can do but seek advice from a lawyer.
