The motorcycle brand "Ural" produced in Irbit, town located in the Sverdlovsk region. Not far from the factory you can see the Irbit state motorcycle Museum.

It was opened on 25 June 2004. The basis of the Museum was a collection of Irbit motorcycle factory (IMZ). More than 60 years the unique technical base was formed here.

The total Museum area is 265 sq.m. The seven sections represented only a third part of its collection.

The Museum Fund consists of more than 120 transport units. This is not only motorcycles of heavy class, but also cars, all-terrain vehicles produced by IMZ.

Museum collection reflects the main trends of Russian and world motorcycle construction.

It represented by models of leading motorcycle companies from England, Germany, Italy, USA, and Japan.

Here you can find: Royal Enfield, Vincent H. R. D., Triumph, Honda, Harley Davidson, Yamaha, Gilera, Ducati, BMW, HSU, Zundapp, Norton, AJS, BSA, Ariel and of course Ural.

The file keeps in the Museum reveal the history of the Russian motorcycle industry from 1940 to 2000.
A special place in the Museum is occupied by personal memorial funds which contain information about the life and creative activity of leading designers, engineers and inventors of IMZ.
Part of the materials devoted to Champions of the USSR, winners of various international competitions.

In the expositions you can get acquainted with the history of Irbit factory during WWII. Find the serial and pilot models of IMZ production (1951-1995).
With the life of bikers in Russia will introduce visitors to the exhibition on this topic.
Another exposition informs about the Irbit school of Motorsport and Guinness world records of motorcycles "Ural".
