Two Contrasting Approaches in Ride Your Wave

Описание к видео Two Contrasting Approaches in Ride Your Wave

Spoilers for the movie Ride Your Wave~

Grieving is a complicated process that we all go through in different ways. Rather than echoing the outmoded idea of the "5 stages of grief," I find that Ride Your Wave embraces a much more nuanced approach. One that uses the power of contrast to explore how we deal with grief, and ultimately, how we should.

As a small aside, Minato is seen constantly making a hand sign throughout the film. This is called the "Shaka," and it's a reflection of Hawaii's "Aloha spirit." It's a message of solidarity. Of saying, "You can get through this. I'm with you."

Hey 5teve7, I'll watch OreImo one day. And I do watch anime sped up sometimes.
