KAPALUA - The Plantation Course - MAUI HAWAII - (12 In 12 Series Course #6) PGA Tour Golf Course

Welcome back to my 12 in 12 series and this one is a big one! Got the chance to play The Plantation Course at Kapalua on the island of Maui during my honeymoon/vacation. The course was once the site of a large Pineapple plantation, hence the name and pineapple in the middle of the butterfly logo. This course is the site of the Century Tournament Of Champions on the PGA tour every year in January. The course was in amazing shape, as they had just recently done a major renovation by Coore & Crenshaw. All greens and bunkers were rebuilt with new drainage, all tees were laser leveled, and the entire course was re-grassed tee to green. And they did all that in just 9 months!

If you're ever in Maui make this one of your must do lists! You won't be disappointed! They also have a sister course called the Bay Course that I have played in the past, and that course is amazing as well!
