We are so excited to release the home tour of our #SaguaroGrove project. This home sits on 5 acres in North Scottsdale. Due to NAOS (natural area open space), we were able to build on 2 of the 5 acres. 3 of the acres are undisturbed natural desert. This home is approximately 7,540 square feet of livable space and 11,960 total square feet under roof. It also features 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The property has 3 tiers. The upper tier includes the porte cochere, guest casita, pool house, negative edge pool and main house. The middle tier includes a large fire pit and extended turf area for the kids. The bottom tier includes the basketball court and putting green.
