When I came across this 1988 Subaru RX, Subaru's earliest rally-inspired production car, I knew it had to be my next project. Granddaddy to the WRX and the Legacy RS these cars are super unique and hard to find. In this video we'll look at the history of the RX as well as some of my first steps toward getting her going. By the end of this multi-part build series we'll be tearing up the PNW back-roads in our vintage JDM turbo rally car.
