The instructions recommend to have at least 4 adults to assembly the gazebo. I'm not sure why but I was able to assembly it myself with a 6 foot ladder. The only tricky part was to assembly the roof frame. Since this gazebo is smaller compared to most, I was able to attach a truss and suspend in the air until I attached the top octagon connector. I was able to assembly in about 1-1/2 days. Highly recommend Sunjoy. Very well design, easy to assemble, high quality and most of all I was able to integrate our existing stationary bench perfectly.
