Boost leak? Anyone else ever had this noise/problem?

EDIT: I finally fixed this issue, it was the stock bypass valve on the STi intercooler I purchased used, it was no longer holding boost well and I suspect the diaphragm was moving under boost and air was rushing through a small space quickly thus creating the ridiculous noise. I swapped the bypass valve from my stock wrx intercooler and problem was gone.
