Wednesday, time for 1,000 meter intervals on the treadmill. But let's go back to the beginning of the day and checkout the first workout of the day in this video.

This running vlog is part of my effort to document the training for my 100K ultramarathon that I signed up for. I am a runner fo rmany years and have done my fair share of marathons, but only a few ultras. So, time to up my game for training and running.

Quite a few exercises I do might apply for 5K running or would be considered an exercise for a 10K, but surprisingly when you talk to some pro running coaches hill sprints or interval training are good exercises for marathon and ultramarathon runners, too.

I do follow the Phil Maffetone MAF training method for my running, and are following a primal diet/lifestyle.
