9's with 600HP! | Turbo GSR Hatch

Meet Ruben with his 1995 Honda Civic. We found this car testing at the last Canada Heads Up event of the season.
It features a turbocharged GSR 1.8L engine making 640whp at 29psi of boost.
For a "piston & rod" build and a stock tranny with a diff, 9s is pretty amazing! Especially for a FWD!
This car is a great example of putting the build money in the right places.
