Ear crisp is my favorite snack when I was a kid. I believe that the X generation is no stranger to it. This kind of ear crisp is also called cow's ear crisp. It is named after its shape resembles a cow's ear. The taste is crispy and the aftertaste is endless.

Salt 盐 ¼ tsp/ ¼茶匙
Fine sugar 细砂糖 30g
Baking soda 小苏打 1g
Red beancurd 南乳 30g
5-spice powder 五香粉 ¼ tsp/ ¼茶
