A muffin is an individual-sized, baked quick bread product. Here we present you a delicious, scrumptuos chocolate chip muffin recipe. If you are cray about chocolate, this should be a go to recipe for you... :)

Ingredients:-

1 cup all-purpose flour/ maida
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
¾ cup powdered sugar
½ cup yoghurt/ curd/ dahi
½ cup milk
¼ cup olive oil/ any unflavored oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ tsp baking soda
¾ tsp vinegar

Method:-

Preparation of Cupcake Batter:-

1.Take 1 cup all-purpose flour/ maida, 3 tbsp cocoa powder and 1 tsp baking powder.
2.Sift the dry ingredients
3.Mix well
4.Add ¾ cup powdered sugar
5.Mix well
6.Add ½ cup yoghurt/ curd/ dahi
7.Add½ cup milk
8.Add ¼ cup olive oil/ any unflavoured oil
9.Add milk in parts to smoothen batter
10.1 tsp vanilla extract
11.¾ tsp baking soda
12.¾ tsp vinegar
13.Mix well
14.The cupcake batter should be of dropping consistency
15.Line a cupcake tray with some cupcake liners
16.Fill ¾ of the cupcake liners with the prepared cupcake batter
17.Add some dark chocolate chips

Baking the cupcakes:-

1.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C or 350ºF for around 20 minutes
2.Check with a toothpick if the cupcakes are done or not
