Hello everyone. Here is a quick video of some Huli Huli chicken the boys and I made tonight. Turned out very good. Easy recipe just like I love.
huli sauce recipe:
1 cup of pineapple juice
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup of soy sauce
tablespoon of minced garlic
2 teaspoons of ginger
mix well, heat until its reduced down, it will thicken as it cools

There are other recipes out there for this sauce, this is the one I used. Enjoy
