I Built a Family House for §135,000 in The Sims 4 | Interior Design

In this video, I build and design a house for one family in The Sims 4.

This build was very spontaneous — I didn’t follow a strict plan and just
created the house step by step, based on feeling and creativity.
The final cost of the house is §135,000 simoleons.

I went with a square-shaped house built upward with stairs.
On the first floor, I created a kitchen, living room, dining area,
and a bathroom.
On the second floor, there is a bedroom for the parents,
a bathroom, and a room for the baby.

I also added a small terrace area, a pool, and decorated the garden
in a simple but cozy way.
The main color theme of the house is red, giving it a bold and modern look.

This build was done without expansion packs,
but with your support, I hope to improve my builds even more in the future.
