Welding leads make a DIY Multi Fit DIY Cable

I’m sure that some of you were also at one time looking for your welding cable for your MIG welder but somehow lost it in your messy workshop. If this bothers you and you’re as messy as I am in your garage, I have an idea how to create your DIY welding leads so that you can use them as your multi-purpose plasma cutter/welding ground cable. Simply, If you need arc welding cable connectors or mig welding connectors I will teach you how to make your welding cables both capable for your MIG welder and plasma cutter and even your arc welder.

The secret to making a welding cable that will fit both is by creating an adapter out of dinse plugs so you have to have the plugs first . If you have the 35-50 male dinse plug and the 10-25 female dinse plug, you could do what I have done in this video. But before that, I am also teaching you here how to make DIY welding leads.

If you decide to make your multi-purpose plasma cutter/welding ground cable, this is better done in your garage because you will need some tools for it like a solid table clamp and an angle grinder with a diamond blade. You will also need a bolt to serve as the connector for the male and female dinse plugs. So this video will discuss how to use the tools and also how to connect the plugs in such a way that you can come up with an adapter that you can insert your plasma cutter welding ground clamps into your MIG welder ground socket.
