How To Take Modeling Digitals As a Photographer

If you shoot models, chances are they occasionally ask you to take their modeling digitals. But what are modeling digitals? We go over that!

As photographers, we aim to take the best pictures that we possibly can. However, with modeling digitals, that's NOT the point. So in this episode, I show you how I use my Canon R5 and flagship RF lenses to take a modeling digitals that don't look too polished. We go over light, posing and editing. You will walk out of this video with the knowledge you need to properly execute digitals that are useful to models, agencies and clients.

If you're a model, I also throw out some tips from a photographer's standpoint that will help you show up to the set properly dressed and with the right amount of cosmetics. There will also be posing tips in this video. These tips apply to both men and women.
