A performance of MAGMA Youth Choir from the MAGMA & Boğaziçi Jazz Choir Family 2019 New Year's Concert with 4 choirs, 250 singers and many guests in CRR Concert Hall, Istanbul.


MAGMA Youth Choir Artistic Director: Masis Aram Gözbek Conductor: Mert Can Dursun Choir Trainer & Pianist: Ceyda Ayanoğlu Established in September 2017 by conductor Masis Aram Gözbek under the roof of the world-renowned Boğaziçi Jazz Choir that has been recognized as a pioneer in the widespread use of choir culture in Turkey with its numerous, successful and innovative projects. The choir, which emerged as an important step towards the further development of choral music awareness and the common value of polyphony in our country, continues to work with its dynamic team of 40 young people aged between 14 and 19 without slowing down. In the first three seasons, with its exciting repertoire the choir not only performed in many concerts, but also aimed to be a part of various social responsibility projects to increase the awareness of the society in this area with both their remarkable performances and some special videos.
