Ingredients: 3/4 cup white chocolate chips, 1/3 cup water, 6 tablespoons butter, 1 small package pistachio pudding mix, 3 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 cup pistachios with no shells. Melt white chips and butter with the water in microwavable bowl abouta minute. Stir until fully melted. Stir in pudding mix until combined. Then add powdered sugar mixing thoroughly. Add in pistavhios. Press into an 8 by 8 square pan with parchment. Chill 2 hours until firm and cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
