Ingredients for Samosa shell:
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp turmeric powder
Water as required

Ingredients for Qeema (ground chicken) filling:
1 lb qeema ( ground chicken)
1 small onion sliced
1 small tomato sliced
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilly flakes
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp mint leaves chopped
2-3 tbsp cilantro chopped

Ingredients for potato filling:
2 boiled potatoes
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilly powder

Method:
Knead the flour and put it in a work place for 4 hours.
Prepare the ground chicken filling by putting in all the ingredients in a pot. Cover and cook on low to medium heat till all the water that ground chicken releases is absorbed.
Add mint and cilantro to it when it’s cooked. Mix well and set aside to cool.
Prepare the potato filling by mashing the potatoes and adding salt and chilly to it.
Take out the flour after 4 hours and start making the Samosay by using aluminum foil.
Take a small quantity for the dough and dip it in a bowl of water. Then place it on the foil and with the help of your fingers, spread it in the form of a small circle.
Put any filing on it (1 tbsp). Then overlap it so that the circle becomes a semi circle and the samosa is in the shape of a “D”. Open the foil and take out the samosa very carefully and put it in the oil for deep frying.
Fry till golden in color.
