Aditya tells me the reason why Proptech has failed in India but believes that the future is promising. He believes technology will cause home prices to go down by 25% and make project completion faster by 75%.
He talks about how he raised money from the Co-Founder of the dating platform Tinder to start Blox. And reveals that he himself is an angel investor in Zepto – where he is sitting on profits of over 400x or 500x.
NoBroker is considered to be the most valued technology firm in real estate but Aditya questions whether the company is even in Real Estate. He believes NoBroker is now competing with companies like UrbanCompany.
He slams the failure of the bankrupt Proptech Broker Network that was helmed by controversial founder Rahul Yadav. He points out that the company had no use-case and the only lessons to be learnt from that company are what not to do.
