Samsing S3, SIII mini i8190 - Camera Failed, How to Fix

1. Clear Camera data and cache: Settings → Application data → All → Camera
2. Factory reset !!! THIS WILL ERASE ALL DATA AND SETTINGS !!! Factory reset using hardware keys:
•    • Samsung Galaxy S5 / S4 / S3 / S2 - Un...  
3. Reflash / Update the firmware - you can download firmware and instruction from here:
• http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/
4. Reconnect the camera
5. Replace the Camera
