Cannabis Regulation Exemption Policy

A Council Member Motion proposing an amendment to the City of Victoria's Cannabis-related Business Regulation Bylaw to provide exemptions from section 6(c) for non-profit cannabis operations established prior to 2009.

Recommendation: That the City of Victoria's Cannabis - related Business Regulation Bylaw be amended to provide an exemption from section 6(c) for existing non-profit cannabis operations that were established prior to 2009 and that have continuously operated since 2009, while remaining subject to all other clauses of the regulations.
