As part of the AXA Research Files video series, science presenter Greg Foot travels to the University of California to meet AXA-supported researcher Sarah Pressman, Associate Professor of Psychology and Social Behaviour at the University of Irvine.

Sarah’s work explores how happiness could be the cure to stress. She seeks to understand if happy people heal faster, if their immune systems work better or even if they live longer!

Sarah offers Greg some simple tips on how to live a happier life.
