What is your "why," right? We often hear this. If you're a school teacher, I'm sure you've heard it in pre-planning, post-planning meetings with your school teacher, meetings, leadership meetings, and a lot of people.

Ask yourself what is your why. There's someone says to Jason says to me, hey, Dr. Jason, what's your why? And following this video, I want you to take pencil to paper. I want you to write this down. I want you to think to yourself and contemplate what is your why? Why are you in education?
