Like last year, this list is sorted using Chart Constant (CC) and not difficulty nor any opinions.
The reason is that CC is the only rating not sorted by opinion, but rather globally in the game itself. This would cut off any bias anyone (including me) has with that specific chart, making this list just a true non-bias list.
Please note that the comments below will still have some of my opinions on the charts, and you may not need to agree with them at all.
