VHS rip (taped by my dad) of some of the excellent news coverage during the 2008 flood in Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas in Iowa by the TV-9 team. This is a fantastic piece of journalism covered by people who worked around the clock to bring information to their local viewers.

Also included is a short piece by ABC World News.

I thought it would be insightful to upload this when the 10 year anniversary is coming up but most importantly because of the simple reason that the people in this footage and others affected by the event must not be forgotten.

A very warm thank you to the news team (including it's studio staff at the time) for it's dedication to producing a fine piece of journalism under a dire time and even more so to the countless volunteers and public servants who serviced the victims before, during, and after the event.
