Welcome to my channel! Today, we are going to show you how to make spaghetti with soy sauce in a traditional way, just like we do in our village.

Ingredients:

200 g spaghetti
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 carrot, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
100 g mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs for garnish (such as basil or parsley)
Instructions:

Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt. Once the water is boiling, add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions.
While the spaghetti is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and onion to the skillet and sauté until they become soft and translucent.
Next, add the carrots, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook the vegetables until they are tender.
Once the vegetables are ready, pour in the soy sauce and stir well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
When the spaghetti is done cooking, drain it and add it to the skillet with the vegetables and soy sauce.
Mix everything well so the spaghetti is coated with the sauce and vegetables.
Serve immediately and garnish with fresh herbs.
