Doctor Who Sings - Spice Up Your Life

It’s 2024, and Doctor Who Sings is back! Just two days after we put the finishing touches on our “Merry Medley” video, “The Giggle” was broadcast to the world. As the Toymaker made his appearance in UNIT HQ to the tune of the Spice Girls’ “Spice Up Your Life”, we knew our next song had been chosen for us! In one of our quickest ever turnarounds (we started working on this one just two weeks ago), we’re extremely pleased to present our version of the song, with copious helpings of the original “Giggle” scene scattered throughout.

As we typically do, we recreated all of the lyrics for this song, which meant including the insensitively worded opening line of the second verse. We’re aware the line was deliberately removed from the scene in “The Giggle”, but it came across really weirdly when we tried to excise it ourselves. It’s there for completion’s sake only and no offence is intended on our part.
