"These dogs even fought in battles, when they had to face the enemy, they would help the warriors. If several enemies were attacking a warrior, they would distract them, so they would be able to cope with each of them in turn. This was a famous working heroic ancient Russian breed of dog, which we decided to restore and revive here at the Bogatyr Sloboda."
