Over the course of three days (9th - 11th June) the North Norfolk Railway / Weybourne Traction Group held their 5th Mixed Traction Gala which has an incredible line up. Their Mixed Traction Galas are more diesel loco based as it is a substitute for Diesel Galas which ended on the railway in 2017.

This gala would celebrate 10 years of the Weybourne Traction Group holding Diesel/Mixed Traction Galas on the North Norfolk Railway with three visiting locomotives and seven home locomotives making an incredible 10 locomotives running, the gala was also known as the Rail & Ales event as at each station there was different Beers and Ales for you to try.

I went on the 10th June and what a warm day it was, both capturing videos from window hanging as well as lineside shots. Temperatures reaching 25C during the middle of the day and was great for the railway by the sea. All trains that was running during the event was captured as I wanted to see them all.
