Check Weighing System with Wi-Fi connectivity for range and product setting and Excel Data Logging

This weighing system is primarily a static check weighing system with Wi-Fi (LAN) connectivity. It features two displays: a primary six-digit seven-segment LED display for weight and a secondary 16x2 LCD display for additional information.

A three-color tower light with a buzzer is also included. If the weight measured is below the specified range, an amber light with a buzzer will activate; if it's above the range, a red light with a buzzer will activate. A green light indicates the weight is within the specified range.

Users can easily set the Wi-Fi network credentials and the IP address of the weighing scale.

The accompanying software allows for the connection of multiple scales and the creation of products with specified lower and upper weight ranges, among other details. A selected product's weight range is sent to the scale from the software via Wi-Fi. The scale then transmits all weighing data and the decision back to the software, which logs the information into an Excel file with a date and time stamp.
