A Hot Day at Ho-Ho-Kus 5/7/15 Part 3 - Featuring the James E. Strates Carnival Train

After a lengthy wait in the heat, I was finally able to see the James E. Strates Carnival Train for the first time. This almost makes up for missing the last Circus Train to ever go to the Meadowlands.....almost. Either way, the heat really got to me by this point, so I started heading home not too long afterwards.

1: Train 49 passes through with F40PH-3C 4911 on the point, running about 6 minutes late. Cab Car 6712 is at the end.
2: The James E. Strates Carnival Train, running under the symbol H-55, rolls through the station on its way to Middletown, NY. Norfolk Southern D8-40CW 8339 and Candian Pacific ES44AC 8827 are in charge, pulling 41 cars.
3: Train 1112 pulls in on Track 1, led by Cab Car 6701. PL42AC 4005 is trailing.
4: PL42AC 4008 leads Train 1259 into the station, arriving a few minutes behind schedule. Cab Car 6003 is at the end.
5: Train 1117 makes its stop, running 4 minutes behind schedule. Leading the way is PL42AC 4014, and trailing is Cab Car 7048.
6: Train 64 cruises past on Track 1, led by Cab Car 6714. Powering the set is GP40FH-2 4900.
7: Cab Car 6003 leads Train 1216 into the station. PL42AC 4008 is trailing.
8: Train 1119 pulls in with PL42AC 4010 leading the way. Trailing is Cab Car 6038.
