Airbnb stands for “Air Bed and Breakfast”, it is a place for short-and-long term homestays, experiences and services in various countries and regions.

This Airbnb Vacation House is a “bali-inspired design”, the concept is based on owner’s idea. It is a commissioned visualization drawing from my female Architect client, originally proposal is different from this content. I intentionally revised other details in my presentation just because it is for my Youtube video content.

This Airbnb Vacation House with 3 Bedrooms is to be constructed on an irregular lot facing road at front. The rear portion is a beach side; used simple shed type of roof; used fixed large windows, swing and awning type also; used palmera type of trees or shrubs; t has the following areas:

1. Ground Floor
Front yard including setback, parking, pedestrian and vehicular gate
Powder room
Bar or nook
Kitchen area
Dining area
Sunken living room
Stairway (long run style)
Pool area
Outdoor kitchen with dining
Pump room
Bedroom 1 or Couple Room with T&B

2. Second Floor
Common T&B
Bedroom 1
Bedroom 2
Terrace
