AJAX DOUBLEBUTTON FEATURES:
Ajax DoubleButton is a wireless hold-up device with advanced protection against accidental presses. The device communicates with a hub via the encrypted Jeweller radio protocol and compatible only with Ajax security systems. The line-of-sight communication range is up to 1300 meters. Ajax DoubleButton operates from the pre-installed battery up to 5 years. Ajax DoubleButton is a wireless hold-up device, featuring two tight buttons and a plastic divider to protect against accidental presses. When pressed, it raises an alarm (hold-up event), transmitted to users and to the security company’s monitoring station. Ajax DoubleButton alarm generates an event notification sent to the security company’s monitoring station and system users. The pressing manner is indicated in the event feed of the app: for a short press, a single-arrow icon appears, and for a long press, the icon has two arrows. The idea behind New Ajax Double Button is that you carry it in your pocket with your keys, it’s a key fob to activate the alarm, but it’s designed that way to avoid accidental presses, and requires both buttons to be pressed at once to activate the alarm. The buttons are quite tight and hard to press, and they are intentionally separated by the barrier in order to prevent the press by accident. You won’t get a false alarm when carrying it in a pocket, bag, wallet or whatever. And the activation success is indicated with the LED lighting. The next idea behind the Ajax Double Button is about the confirmation. Everything was made to get rid or to decrease the chance of causing false alarms. And it is assumed, that the button could be pressed in a specific preprogrammed order, like first goes the long press, and then goes the short press, and it will work only if you follow this order, and this is some sort of combination, where the unauthorized person won’t do a thing. Or this can be double double button setup, meaning the alarm is raised only when 2 button owners press them within like around 10 seconds.
