Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds transition
1. Static Double Leg Stretch
2. Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch Right
3. Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch left
4. Lying Lower Back Twists Right
5. Lying Lower Back Twists Left
6. Static Abs Stretch
7. Child Pose
8. Shoulder Stretch Right
9. Shoulder Stretch Left
10. Bent Over Hamstring Stretch
